Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns

- In case of defects, damages, or delivery errors attributable to us:

(“we,” “us,” or “our”) under commission from Amuse Inc., the management agency for the Japanese rock band FLOW and the manufacturer of the merchandise sold in this Store.

Pickup Only

All products purchased in our shop are for on-site pickup only at the event venue.
We do not provide shipping services.

Please pick up your order at the concert venue on the day of your scheduled performance.
If you do not pick it up on the event day, your order will be considered canceled for personal reasons.
In such cases, we will issue a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after payment is completed.

This Store offers official artist merchandise of FLOW.
All items are sold on the Store manufactured by or on behalf of Amuse Inc. and are sold under their supervision.

3. Event-Specific Sales
This Store operates exclusively for the FLOW WORLD TOUR 2025 “NARUTO THE ROCK.”
No shipping is available. All purchased items must be collected in person at the venue on the day of the concert you are attending.

4. Order Pickup
By purchasing through this Store, you agree to pick up your order in person at the venue on the day of the FLOW WORLD TOUR 2025 “NARUTO THE ROCK” concert you are attending.
Please present your order confirmation email and purchase number at the pickup counter to receive your items.

5. Payment & Refunds
All payments must be made at the time of ordering.
